  • Licenses: We offer licenses for various online platforms to enhance community-building and digital collaboration.
  • Training: Our programs guide users in launching and managing communities with AI-driven and innovative methodologies.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Use of Services

  • You may use our services solely for lawful purposes.
  • Users agree not to:
    • Misuse any features of the Comunify.Life platform.
    • Share purchased licenses or training materials without authorization.

5. Purchases

  • Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless specified otherwise.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy below.
  • License Terms: Licenses are non-transferable and subject to third-party terms.

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Digital Licenses:
    • Refunds are available for digital licenses within 14 days of purchase if the license does not meet the intended purpose.
    • Refund requests will only be considered if the license:
      • Has not been shared or distributed.
      • Was purchased for use on the URL specified during the purchase process.
  2. Training Programs:
    • Refunds are available for training programs within 14 days of purchase if the program does not meet your expectations.

Exchange and Credit Policy

  • Customers may exchange digital products for other digital products or apply credits toward training programs within 60 days of the original purchase.
  • Credits cannot be converted into cash and must be used within the specified period.

Conditions for Refunds

  • To qualify for a refund:
    • You must email [email protected] within the refund period, providing your order number, reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting details.
    • For licenses, the purchaser must complete a declaration confirming that the license code has not been used, shared, or distributed.

Changes to URL for License Use

  • Licenses are restricted to the URL specified during purchase.
  • Customers may change the registered URL by submitting a request via the Purchased Product section on the Comunify.Life website.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for eligible purchases will not include any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors.

Exclusions

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Digital products that have been activated, used, or shared.
  • Discounted or promotional purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Products or services where customization or personalization has been provided.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that digital licenses and materials are not shared, used outside the agreed terms, or distributed in any form.
  • Violation of this policy may result in the denial of future refunds or exchanges.

  • Comunify.Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks arise.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
